I feel like #strength is a mindset; it’s about recognizing feelings and negative/toxic thoughts and digesting them enough to move forward and #grow. Be sad. Be happy. Be angry. But digest your emotions and come out better on the other side. Some days (for me) that’s ignoring what I “feel” I want to do and doing what I need to do. Cry while you paint. You’re gonna cry anyways, might as well get something done in the process. The ones who never repaint flip it over. 👀 I can’t count how many times a client has said “this looked so much lighter in the store” …and every single time, it traces back to one number: ✨ LRV: Light Reflectance Value Here’s what it actually means: • High LRV → reflects more light → brighter, airier, bigger-feeling • Low LRV → absorbs light → moodier, richer, more intimate • The same color can look completely different based on your natural light and which direction your room faces So before you commit to a color, ask yourself one question: ➡️ How much light does this room actually get? That’s it. That’s the step that saves you a whole repaint. We want your home feel intentional, not like a guessing game. Follow for designer-level thinking, minus the overwhelm. 🤍

You girls suggested a paint party which I think is a fab idea.. sooo next Saturday or Sunday I was thinking if anyone's free we can get some pizzas, music & fizz then paint away!
