Just comment "DSA" to get the complete free DSA guidebook and DSA tracker -- A lot has changed since AI but not the interview process of a software engineer. You still have to crack the DSA & System Design questions to get through. And it seems that it's more like a filter to ensure that only the candidates with the problem solving abilities can get in. And in a way, that's not a bad idea because the odds are those people can learn things faster, solve problems and are comparatively more curious. Companies prefer such candidates. So, that's the reason.
