Today marks the 16th anniversary of Michael Jackson’s passing. Back in June 1984, he visited San Francisco to unveil his wax figure at the Guinness Museum of World Records at Fisherman’s Wharf. Thousands of fans crowded the area as word of his location spread. Jackson stayed hidden in a building behind the parking lot at Jones and Beach Streets, only adding to the frenzy.

2. Don’t sleep on fashion in SF, you’ll see some of the best dressed people at coffee shops in the mission
3. Dolores park is really diverse but reminds me of high school the way different groups are spread out but everyone is still really friendly and generous
