I decided to try something simple: 50 jumps every morning. No timer, no workout plan — just… jump. I was skeptical 50 gentle jumps would make a difference, but… After one week, here’s what I noticed: ✨ Surprisingly, my legs feel rested when I GO to bed, not restless. ✨ I wake up without that tingly “feet still asleep” feeling. ✨ My body actually wants to move in the morning…before I get out of bed. Normally I have no desire to get out of bed. I LOVE sleep and staying in bed. ✨ I feel more awake, lighter, and just… nice… throughout the day. No huge transformation. No magic fix. Just a gentle reminder that small, consistent movement really does change how your body feels!! Maybe it’s not about doing more — it’s about starting the day with life in your body. 💛 Definitely going to continue for the whole month and see how it goes. Coach Tatyana here with a full body G-Vest+ Workout that targets, legs, arms, core, and cardio. 😅 Set your timer for 20 minutes and complete as many rounds as possible of: 10 side plank knee drive (5 per side) 20 jump lunge 10 push up mountain climber 10 side shuffle (5 per side) *Side plank can be done on your knees, just keep those hips lifted *Jump lunge can change to a regular lunge with no jump *Push up can be done on your knees, and then pop up to toes for the climbers *Side shuffle can be a low squat walk if you want to decrease the impact.
