Ingredients for soup:
22 cups of water (add more if needed)
5-7 pounds of chicken (I suggest using chicken with bones)
1lb chicken feet (optional)
1 large onion (I forgot to add it in)
1 large galangal (sliced)
12 kaffir lime leaves
8 stalks of lemon grass, bruised at the end (only use the tender part of the lemon grass)
5 tbsp chicken granulate
1 small rock sugar or 3-4 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp fish sauce
1 tbsp salt
2 tsp MSG (optional)
Ingredients for curry:
2 4oz canned red curry paste or 1 red curry and 1 4oz MAESRI THAI NOODLE SAUCE
2 -4 tbsp jarred @maeploy_kitchen red curry paste (optional)
2 cans 19 fl oz coconut cream
1 can coconut milk
1 can sliced bamboo shoots
1 jar bamboo shoots in chili oil
2 large chopped shallots minced
10 garlic cloves minced
2 tsp MSG
1 tbsp chicken granulate
2 tbsp @leekumkeeusa oyster sauce (optional)
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp shrimp paste
1 tbsp padek
3-5 tbsp paprika
3 tbsp cooking oil
