KIGoals Goals Goals - “The Box…PT.2” ⚽️
The same set up as last week - a main box with mini goals on either side and a main goal!
For the warm up I call this game ‘Splat Attack’ - coaches will be throwing the bib (splatter) either at the children or at their ball 🎨
We will still be using the bigger cones and children will be trying to knock those down with their ball and avoiding the coach / defender 🏃🏼♂️
For the older children you might want to assign a cone to them in which they have to defend their cone as well as attack others ⚽️
To finish the session I’ve done an obstacle course where the children have to dribble through the obstacles before scoring a goal 🥅 (this can be adapted to different difficulty levels based on your age group / ability)
