PAQuestion - is it worth using Key Limes for Key Lime Pie or are standard limes fine? I honestly can’t tell the difference and I have made this pie both ways and a hundred times! It’s my go-to summer dessert for entertaining because it’s make-ahead, it requires so few ingredients and it’s so easy. I have to say, this is the best key lime pie I’ve ever had. I like it so much more than the recipes with egg yolks. The taste is so fresh and tart. You can make the graham cracker crust or buy it. Or you can put a different spin on this with a gingersnap crust or use lemon instead of lime. If you are grain-free, make a crust with grain-free cookies. Perfect dessert for summer! Want the recipe?

📝 Ingredientes (8 porciones):
200 g de galletitas de vainilla
100 g de manteca
200 g de queso blanco
1 pack de Nestlé Leche Condensada
3 yemas
5 limas
200 ml de crema de leche
Menta
Paso a paso:
🍋🟩 Procesar las galletitas con Licuadora de Mano InfinyForce Pro @moulinexarg Incorporar la manteca derretida y volver a procesar.
🍋🟩 Colocar como base la mezcla de galletitas y presionarla contra el molde. Llevar el molde al horno precalentado a 180 °C, por 10 mins.
🍋🟩 En un bowl mezclamos Nestlé Leche Condensada con el queso blanco y las yemas. Agregamos la ralladura de dos de las limas y el jugo de las cinco.
🍋🟩 Revolver suave hasta obtener una mezcla homogénea.
🍋🟩 Sacar la base del horno y colocar la mezcla. Llevar devuelta al horno por 15 minutos más. Luego de estos 15 minutos iniciales apagamos el horno pero dejamos que descanse la tarta dentro del mismo otros 15 minutos extra.
🍋🟩 Pasado este tiempo dejar enfriar un rato a temperatura ambiente. Cuando se encuentre a temperatura ambiente llevamos a la heladera.
🍋🟩 Decorar con crema batida y ralladura de lima.
