These habits work on a deeper level…subconscious, somatic, identity-first. @themagnetic.life 1. Future self journaling (but not how you think) Not a diary. Not affirmations. You write as the person you’re becoming.. her voice, her decisions, her relationship with herself. It rewires your self-concept from the inside. 2. Following the trigger thread When something bothers me, I don’t just breathe through it. I follow it. Every trigger has a root. a belief, a wound, a pattern. Learning to trace it back is how I started understanding myself at a level that actually changed things. 3. Body-led decisions Before I make any significant decision, I check in with my body first. Lean forward = yes. Pull back = no. It sounds woo. I do it anyway. My body has never lied to me. 4. Bedtime visualisation The minutes before sleep are the most direct line to your subconscious. I use them intentionally…I visualise who I’m becoming, how she feels, what her life looks like. Not as fantasy. As instruction. 5. Noticing the pattern, not just the problem When the same thing keeps happening… same relationship dynamic, same self-sabotage, same fear. I don’t treat it as bad luck. I treat it as data. Patterns don’t break until you name them. 6. Scripting out loud Not in my head. Not on paper. Out loud, speaking my future life like it’s already real. Where I live, how I feel, what my days look like. There’s something about hearing your own voice say it that lands differently in your nervous system. Your body starts to believe it before your mind does. 7. Curating my feed. When you realise your nervous system is being shaped by everything you watch, read, scroll. I stopped consuming content that confirmed my old story and started choosing things that expanded what felt possible. Your inputs are quietly writing your identity whether you’re paying attention or not.
