A simple hearty leafy green mash that can win your heart. Got my hands on some fresh taro stems like always during visit to grandpa’s place and the main task is cutting and washing them which itches my hands badly. 🌝🌝 But then , once a foodie and cook myself.. I allow myself to go through that just for the taste. 😁
While washing u can use some mustard oil and salt to reduce the itching part, and then cook the tasty dish with just peanuts/ chikpeas / prawns / hilsa fish head.. addition of coconut can also be done when u are making it the veg version.
