STOP scrolling 🛑 this might be the most addictive Passover recipe you’ll make this year. If you’ve never had Matzah Arayes, get ready… crispy matzah on the outside, juicy spiced meat on the inside, and finished with a drizzle of creamy tehina. Absolute perfection✨ I like using Yehuda matzah for this recipe because it softens beautifully without ripping or breaking, which makes it perfect for folding and crisping up in the pan. Once you try these, I promise they’ll become a Pesach staple in your home too. Ingredients • 4 matzah squares Meat Filling • 1 pound ground beef (or any ground meat of choice) • 1 onion, finely chopped • 4 garlic cloves, finely chopped • 1 red pepper, finely chopped • 1 bunch parsley, finely chopped • 1 red chili, finely chopped (optional) • ¼ cup oil • 1 tbsp salt • 1 tsp black pepper • 1 tbsp paprika • ½ tsp cinnamon Tehina Dressing • 1 cup pure sesame paste (tehina) or almond butter • ¾ cup water • 5 tbsp lemon juice • 1 tsp salt • 2 garlic cloves (optional) For Garnish • chopped parsley • sliced red chilies Directions 1. Wet matzah under running water and place in a clean towel until flexible but not falling apart. If needed, reset an additional time and wrap again. 2. In a bowl, mix ground meat, onion, garlic, red pepper, parsley, and chili. 3. Cut each softened matzah into four squares. 4. Place a heaping tablespoon of meat on each square, spreading toward three corners. Fold into a triangle and press the filling to the edges. 5. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook arayes face down about 5 minutes until crisp, flip and cook another 5 minutes. 6. Using tongs, sear the exposed meat sides briefly. 7. Transfer to a rack to drain excess oil. 8. Whisk tehina, water, lemon juice, salt, and garlic until smooth. 9. Drizzle with tehina and garnish with parsley and sliced red chilies. Serve warm and enjoy. App used in the video: @checkoasis ———- whilst kosher food might not be 100% perfect and optimal, it is typically far better than regular non-kosher items you find in the grocery store. Whole foods will always be best, but is you’re going to eat packaged foods, kosher is not a bad choice

Coca-Cola proves it can make a cleaner product — it just chooses not to. Every year during Passover, Coke releases a kosher version sweetened with real cane sugar instead of high fructose corn syrup. Yellow cap. Same price. Cleaner ingredient list. Regular US Coke switched from cane sugar to HFCS in the 1980s because it’s cheaper. HFCS is linked to increased inflammation, obesity, and metabolic disorders. The kosher version drops the corn syrup entirely — and people consistently say it tastes better. It’s the original Coca-Cola formula. They make it for 8 days a year. Because corn syrup is cheaper and protects their margins. @exposr.app #food #health #fitness #healthy #foodporn

I might get into trouble sharing this… 👀 but these are that famous restaurant(s) green beans everyone orders every single time. Perfectly blistered, glossy, salty-sweet, and somehow better than the main dish. If you’ve eaten there, you already know exactly what I’m talking about. Same flavor. Same drama. Zero reservation required. Save this for the next time you want a side dish that steals the show 💚 Recipe below ⬇️ Ingredients 1-2 Lbs fresh green beans trimmed 2 tbsp. avocado oil 8-10 @kosher_taste garlic cloves For the glaze: 3 tbsp. Sesame oil 1/4 cup soy sauce or tamari 2 tbsp sugar or honey 2 small lemons zested and juiced (can use only 1 lemon if you don’t like it too tangy) Salt Optional sesame seeds or chili flakes Instructions Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil Add green beans and cook 5-7 minutes until bright green and crisp Drain and immediately transfer to ice water Process the garlic cloves with the oil till spoonable. Heat a wide skillet or wok over high heat Add oil to coat bottom of pan. Once shimmering add green beans in a single layer Let sit undisturbed 1 to 2 minutes until blistered Toss and repeat once more Add garlic directly to the pan and cook and toss for 1-2 minutes until fragrant Remove green beans to serving bowl. In same dirty pan , add soy sauce coconut sugar and sesame oil . Toss quickly until glossy and sugar is melted Pour over the green beans. Add the lemon zest and juice and generously salt to taste. serve immediately #viralrecipes #kosher #copycatrecipe #greenbeans #duperecipe
