Вернуться к основам 🙌🏻 Реально я и сама каждый раз, когда утыкаюсь в невидимый поток, снова начинаю тренить базовые вещи.
На случай если вам близок такой подход, я сделала новую серию роликов - КРАМП АЗБУКА.
⬇️Буквы из видео:
A - arm swing - бросок рукой, одном из 5 основных движений крампа, делается резко и именно рукой, на выплеск энергии или как конец предложения
B - Buck hop - большой динамичный прыжок
C - chest pop - удар грудной клеткой, важен для ощущений, дыхания и чтоб тело тоже танцевало
D - drag - тащить что-то по воздуху или к себе
E - extension - вытяжки - нужны чтоб показать обьем и то как вы можете занять собой пространство
F - footwork - мелкая работа ног - показывает скорость в ногах
G - groove - грув - то как тело почувствует музыку и что соединяет движения в поток
H - head-snap - резкий срыв и удар головой - круто помогает сделать динамичный момент в танце

Go back to basics 🙌🏻 Really, every time I get into invisible flow, I start training basic things again.
In case you are close to this approach, I made a new series of videos - KRUMP ALPHABET.
⬇️Letters and basics from video:
A - arm swing - hand throw, one of the 5 main krump movements, is done sharply and exactly with the hand, on a splash of energy or as the end of sentence
B - Buck hop - big dynamic jump
C - chest pop - chest work, important for sensations, breathing and for body to dance too
D - drag - pull something through the air or to body
E - extension - helps to show volume and how you cover the space
F - footwork - small leg work - shows speed in the legs
G - groove - it’s how body feels music and what connects movements into flow
H - head-snap - a sharp breakdown and hit - helps to make a dynamic moment in the dance

And most times dancers aren’t breathing when they dance, especially during chest pops, WHICH IS MADE FOR IT!
So a key part of this video is seeing how breathing through each pop helps the flow of air and makes it easier to adjust for timing and awareness during a round.
Yes…these are basic. But that doesn’t make them any less important. So revisit these and upgrade your chest work.
