“السقالة” La Sqala تعتبر
بمدينة الدار البيضاء، واحدة من أشهر الفضاءات السياحية في العاصمة الاقتصادية التي يحرص الزوار والمشاهير على ارتيادها والتقاط الصور داخلها، بعد أن تحولت من أثر تاريخي وحضاري عريق إلى مطعم راق يقدم المطبخ المغربي على أصوله، حيث يمكن تذوق “السفنج” المغربي الساخن واللذيذ في فطور الصباح، ومختلف الأطباق المعروفة في المائدة المغربية مثل الكسكس و”البسطيلة” و”السفة” وجميع أنواع الطواجن.
بنيت “السقالة”، التي تطل على ميناء الدار البيضاء، على أيدي البرتغال في القرن الثامن عشر، كمعسكر وحصن للهجوم على المدينة زمن الجهاد البحري. ودمر الموقع بالكامل أثناء الزلزال الذي ضرب البيضاء قبل أن يأمر السلطان العلوي محمد بن عبد الله، الذي بنى “السقالة” بمدينة الصويرة أيضا، بإعادة ترميمه سنة 1769، ليجعل منه مركزا للدفاع عن المدينة من الهجمات البرتغالية ومن جميع أنواع محاولات الاحتلال القادمة من البحر.
“السقالة”، التي تحيط بها أسوار المدينة القديمة، وتجاور الزاوية الدرقاوية وضريح سيدي علال القرواني، تتميز بمعمارها الجميل الذي تم المزج فيه بين العمارة الأندلسية والبرتغالية، وبأسوارها العالية ومدافعها الموجهة نحو المحيط ونوافيرها وأبوابها المقوسة، وهي المعالم التي أصرت الإدارة الفرنسية في عهد الحماية، على الحفاظ عليها وصيانتها لأنها تشكل انعكاسا لتاريخ وحضارة الدولة المغربية العريقة.

MYReview 📝 du célèbre Brunch 🇲🇦 de chez @lasqala 💙, Café Maure construit sur un site monumental.
👍🏻 : Très joli lieu, superbement décoré à la marocaine. Dépaysement total dans notre propre pays.
- Un brunch copieux, fait maison et préparé devant vos yeux (msemen, hercha, chfenj…).
- Les oeufs 🍳 au Khlii étaient cuits comme il le fallait 👌🏼 La quantité de Khlii était plus que suffisante et la viande était « ftia » comme on dit.
- Les hercha, msemen, chfenj traditionnels et authentiques 💯 sans être huileux ✅
👎🏻 : Restaurant un peu victime de son succès, trop plein le week-end et par conséquent il y’a eu certains oublis. Les serveurs étant débordés.
- Le prix est certes un peu élevé, mais les produits sont de qualité et le cadre est magnifique 😍

- Brunch 2 personnes : 165dhs
Comprenant : Thé marocain, Jus d’orange, Laits aux fruits secs, œufs au Khlii pour 2, 2 msemen, 2 hercha, 2 chfenj, 2 baghrir, assortiment de confiture, amlou, huile d’olive, fromage blanc, salade de fruits.
