GRLake Garda or Lake Como? 🇮🇹🤔 Which one is best for you depends on how you like to travel, how long you have, and your personal tastes and budget.
Both 'Lago di Como' and 'Lago di Garda' are speculator places to visit and live, and very similar is a lot of ways. From their architecture, history, and beauty, both lake areas are amazing to explore and spend time relaxing. ❤️
Both areas can be expensive to rent, and the cost of living is quite high, so the budget conscious travelers looking to save a bit might want to consider Lake Garda over Lake Como.
For those looking for the 'Hollywood' feel they saw in a movie... well, you can actually find that in both lake areas too. Both places have commercial and private water taxis, luxury 5-star hotels, boutique lodges, stunning views, quaint cafes, and will give you those quintessential 'Italy Vibes' you're craving so badly.
Lago di Como tends to have a large number of tourists populated in a smaller area, and so for that reason, you might hear more English spoken there than in Lago di Garda, which you might prefer.
Whichever place you choose, summers can be overwhelming at times, so be patient and remember to be a respectful traveler. If you visit in the wintertime, check schedules and opening dates before your trip. 👍
