Olisi kuitenkin tärkeää puhua tästä enemmän, jotta ei tehtäisi päätöksiä minkään vanhentuneen tieteen pohjalta. Ihan näin keittiöpsykologinakin sitä ymmärtää, että jos lapsi itkee itsensä uneen, ei se voi tehdä hyvää. Näin hän oppii jo pienestä pitäen tukahduttamaan ja piilottamaan omat tunteensa, sillä hän saa kokemuksen jossa hänen surullaan ei ole väliä. Jos eläimetkin nukkuvat pesissä poikastensa kanssa, miksi on niin kummallista että ihmislapsi voisi kaivata samaa? Jos äiti ja isäkin nukkuvat yleensä yhdessä, miksi on normaalia sulkea pieni lapsi yksin omaan huoneeseen nukkumaan, ja pahimmillaan jopa itkemään itsensä uneen? Iso osa lähihistoriamme lastenkasvatusvinkeistä on oikeasti aika kylmää luettavaa, ja väkisinkin tulee mieleen että nää vinkit selittää sen, miksi tää maailmakin on tälläinen. "Älä pidä lasta liikaa sylissä" tai "anna lapsen itkeä itsensä uneen" tai jopa "älä suukottele lasta liikaa" -ovat kaikki aivan lähihistoriastamme tuttuja vinkkejä. Mitäpä jos jätetään näiden sydämestään vieraantuneiden lasten kasvattajien vinkit omaan arvoonsa, ja toimitaan niin kuin äidinvaistomme meitä ohjaa toimimaan? ❤️ #lapset #vanhemmuus #äitiys #perhe #lapsi

Gujarati Velan Lapsi | Kansar(કંસાર)😍❤️ . Pure taste, Rich aroma, Golden goodness ✨ Cooking made better with Sirico Cow Ghee 🥄💛 . Ingredients: In a pan, add 2-3 tbsp ghee Roast 4 cup corse whole wheat flour (જાડો ઘઉં નો લોટ) Keep it aside In the same pan, add 4 cup water 2 cup jaggery/ as per taste Let it mix and boil for few minutes Add roasted flour Using rolling pin/ વેલણ do 4-6 holes Cover and cook for 2-3 minutes Open and mix using rolling pin ( do the same for 3-4 times until nicely cooked) Steam for 10 minutes It’s ready!! Add dry fruits and roast until golden brown. Remove them and keep aside. - In the same ghee, add the medium-sized daliya. Roast for 3-4 minutes on medium flame until it turns light brown and aromatic. - Add 3 cups of boiling hot water to the roasted daliya. Stirring it with hot water ensures the Lapsi turns out super soft! - Close the lid and cook for 4 whistles. Let the pressure release naturally until the cooker is cool. - Turn the gas back on. Add the jaggery and mix well until it melts completely and gives a perfect, rich, lumpy texture. - Add the roasted dry fruits and cardamom powder. Stir for 1 minute and it’s done! This recipe is not just a dish; it is the pure love of my Mom.
