LIWe were lucky enough to have the opportunity to host our Dallas First Fridays yesterday and we ended the day with full bellies and happy hearts!
After being treated to lovely light bites by the one and only Tracey Demsky, our Lead Generals and Studio Leaders enjoyed a mashup of both Classes & DPT. We started with PWR led by Sarah Hysaw (body doubled by Jonathon Brindley) as one large group. The energy was through the ROOF!! Then we split into two groups, one moving to LifeBarre Classic with Sarah and one going into Pilates with Niki McDowall & Cara Lukowich. We were reminded of the art of slower movements and grace in LB Classic, while in Pilates we focused on using parts of our bodies that we tend to forget to activate. Stephen Levall gave the feedback that our time in Pilates left him wanting more and that he has every intention of taking a Pilates Class at his Plano Home Club.
Tracey Demsky once again knocked it out of the park with our lunch spread - it was a toss up of which part was the crowd favorite, the Tea Shakers, Brisket, Twice Baked Potatoes OR the Mini Tart Desserts 🤯
