Here are tips on how to study with different learning styles. Try to identify which one you are! If you think, that studying is hard and you can’t remember anything - make a schedule, take longer/shorter breaks and try to change little things, that can distract you If nothing works, try to change your study (learning) style. Let me know what you think! For more tips don’t forget to follow @marks.vds #study #studygram #studying #studytime

Study LESS, learn MORE. It’s not about cramming for hours—it’s about how you study. Here’s how to maximize your learning with less time: 🧠 Active Recall – Stop rereading. Quiz yourself instead. The more you struggle to remember, the stronger the memory gets. ✍️ Scribble Method – Use your non-dominant hand to doodle messy scribbles while studying. It keeps your brain engaged and improves retention. 📢 Feynman Technique – If you can’t teach it simply, you don’t understand it. Break it down as if you’re explaining it to a child. 💻 Second Brain – Organize your notes digitally so you can quickly find, review, and connect key concepts. It’s not about how long you study—it’s about how efficiently you learn.

Which learning style are you? We don’t all learn the same way, and many of us fluctuate between one learning style and another depending on the task. If you’ve ever struggled with a particular class, or even a particular teacher, chances are they posited a learning style unsuited to your needs. Knowing which style (or two) best fits you, will help you find the appropriate way to tackle your work, especially when the going gets tough. That said, here are the 4 main learning styles, and how you might identify which one you are… 1. Visual Learners - How they learn best: Through images, diagrams, charts, maps, and color-coded notes. - Signs you are one: You love doodling in your notes, prefer slides over lectures, and remember faces better than names. - Best tools to use: Mind maps, flashcards with visuals, videos, infographics, color-coded notes. 2. Auditory Learners - How they learn best: By hearing and speaking. They retain info through discussions, lectures, podcasts, and verbal instructions. - Signs you are one: You remember things you hear, enjoy reading aloud, or talk through problems to understand them. - Best tools: Study groups, voice notes, explaining out loud, audiobooks. 3. Reading/Writing Learners - How they learn best: Through text, reading and writing things down helps the info stick. - Signs you are one: You prefer written instructions, enjoy writing summaries, and retain info from reading better than from watching videos. - Best tools: Note-taking, rewriting material, lists, textbooks, journaling. 4. Kinaesthetic Learners - How they learn best: By doing…they retain information through hands on experience, movement, and real world application. - Signs you are one: You struggle to sit still during lectures, enjoy learning through experience, and love using your hands. - Best tools: Role play, labs, building models, interactive tools, moving while studying. Bearing in mind that most people gravitate towards two styles, which are you?.. and is there one you should probably try? #studygram #studyinspiration #studymotivation #studytips #desksetup #studymood #studyaesthetic #studynotes #studycommunity #aestheticstudy #studyspo #studywi̇thme

💬 What language are you learning or want to learn? Share in the comments 👇 Learning a new language doesn’t have to be frustrating or time-consuming. With the right techniques, you can turn your brain into a sponge for vocabulary, grammar, and fluency. Try these in your next study session: ✅ Word substitution to make new vocabulary stick ✅ Spaced repetition to lock in words over time ✅ Context-based learning for deeper recall ✅ Music and alpha states to improve memory retention ✅ Immersion to accelerate fluency and make learning fun Whether you’re picking up your first new language or your fifth, these tools help you make faster progress with less frustration. 📌 Save this for your next study session 🔁 Share it to help others

Your brain isn’t slow. Your learning method is broken. Most people study more and remember less. That’s not discipline failure — it’s memory mechanics. This reel breaks down a focus + recall loop used to: • study faster • improve memory • lock information long-term • eliminate distraction • increase cognitive performance No motivation. No aesthetics. Just behavioral science + performance psychology. If you’re done wasting hours and forgetting everything, save this. The Method of Loci: This involves associating information you want to remember with specific physical locations that you’re familiar with, effectively creating a memory palace. 2. The Feynman Technique: This method requires you to teach a concept you want to learn about to someone else, in simple terms, which reinforces your understanding and recall. 3. Dual Coding: This strategy involves using both verbal and visual information to encode information more deeply into your memory. 4. Spaced Repetition: This technique involves reviewing information at increasingly spaced intervals to exploit the psychological spacing effect. (2) Studying for an Exam: 1. Pomodoro Technique: A time management method where you study in short, intense bursts (usually 25 minutes), followed by a short break, to maintain focus and motivation. 2. Active Recall: This process encourages you to test your memory repeatedly while studying instead of passively reviewing the material. 3. Interleaved Practice: This method involves mixing different topics or types of problems during a study session to improve learning and problem-solving skills. 4. Mind Mapping: A visual organization strategy where you create a diagram to visually organize information, making it easier to see relationships and recall content. (3) Practicing/Acing a Presentation: 1. Mirror Practice: Practicing your presentation in front of a mirror allows you to observe your body language and improve your delivery. 2. Video Recording: Recording yourself giving the presentation and then watching it to critique and improve your performance. 3. Stress Inoculation Training: This involves gradually exposing yourself to the stress of presenting, by practicing under increasingly challenging conditions, to build confidence. 4. Visualization: Mentally rehearsing your presentation, picturing success, and visualizing the audience’s positive reactions to build confidence and reduce anxiety.
