RECIPE: Caramelized Roasted Sweet Potatoes Ingredients: Sweet potatoes Extra virgin olive oil Salt Fresh cracked pepper Method: Preheat oven to 375°F. Cut sweet potatoes in half lengthwise. Rub both sides with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place face down on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Roast for about 50 minutes, until deeply caramelized and soft. Keep an eye on them toward the end so they don’t burn!!!
