In cases like this, dissolving filler and reassessing the Botox dosing is often the best reset to bring the face back to a more natural baseline! I fear that the gummy smile botox was dosed too heavily resulting in reducing the natural movement of the mouth! When the upper lip can’t elevate normally, speech and expression can look stiff or unnatural, which is what I noticed in the reunion!
