Balance and stability are not things we think about until we lose them. And by then it is often too late. The statistics around falls in older adults are sobering and the truth is that most people have no idea their nervous system is already struggling until someone pushes on them and they cannot stay standing.
I have seen it with Fit people, Young people and People who work out every day. All of them surprised by what their nervous system reveals when you actually test it.
You cannot force being balanced and stable, as hard as you try. Either you are or you aren’t.
Liberty addresses the foundation. And when the foundation is solid everything built on top of it is stronger.
