LAQuick review of the new @maybelline Lifter plump & go foundation :
24 shades (I wear 129) and £10.99. This is a skincare-infused formula that works to improve your complexion as you wear and give a smooth, bright and radiant finish. It is a proper cream foundation formula (not overly runny) and contains Niacinamide & Hyaluronic acid. It reminds me of the NARS original sheer glow.
The coverage is good - medium and slightly buildable. It actually lasted VERY well on my combination skin as you can see at the end of the video - stayed in place, didn’t wear away in areas or look patchy and felt breathable on my skin all day.
(The concealer is a thick / full coverage but need to review this properly when I get my shade)
I definitely recommend this foundation if you like something versatile with a skin like feel and finish and don’t want full coverage. I personally still prefer the Vit C skin tint from Maybelline because of how lightweight it feels but still gives a lovely bit of coverage - the plump & glow is my in my no.2 spot for Maybelline foundations for me.
