CHLightroom Basics Panel in 60 seconds ✨
If you’re new to Lightroom, THIS is where you start.
The Basics panel sets the entire foundation of your edit — your exposure, color, depth, and overall vibe.
Here’s the exact order I use every time:
1️⃣ Exposure (skin first, background later)
2️⃣ White Balance (temp + tint for natural tones)
3️⃣ Contrast (keep it soft!)
4️⃣ Highlights + Shadows (fix lighting + add balance)
5️⃣ Whites + Blacks (micro contrast + glow)
6️⃣ Presence (texture, clarity, vibrance — small changes!)
