Here’s why we’re giving early dinner a try:
💥 Kids are starving when they come home. Swap the snack for a meal when they’re hungriest and plan on a nighttime snack.
💥 Because they’re hungry, my picky eaters are more willing to eat what’s on their plate.
💥 It’s easiest to make dinner when my kids aren’t home yet. (and a lot more enjoyable)
💥If you have older kids participating in physically demanding activities, I like the idea of getting some good fuel in them before they head to practice.
💥Personally, I prefer eating my bigger meal earlier rather than later.
OBVIOUSLY this won’t work for everyone, but there’s a lot to like about it!
