➡️ SAVE and SHARE with a friend who wants this fixed. ✅ STOP STRETCHING YOUR LOWER BACK ❌ (if you’ve got anterior tilt / “hyperlordosis”) You don’t have a “tight back”… You’ve got a ribcage that’s flared up and tissues that are already over-lengthened and weak. Most people miss this 👇 Your: • Obliques • QL (quadratus lumborum) • Deep core + lateral chain …are stuck in a lengthened, inefficient position. So stretching more? Just makes you looser where you’re already unstable. ⸻ Do this instead (shown in the video): Step one leg forward → Hand on head → Rotate → then lean away At end range: • Pull ribs down + back • Take 2 slow breaths • Own that position That’s where the change happens. You’re not “tight” You’re out of position. Fix the position → the tension changes. #posture #lordosis
