Save these 5 snacks that are macro friendly, fast and filling! 🍓Protein Fruit Dip In a bowl, mix together 1 two good vanilla yogurt and a 1/2 scoop chocolate protein powder. Then either dip strawberries or any berries or bananas into the dip or you can slice strawberries mix in and eat more bowl form. It’s SO good!! Macros for dip: 150 calories 24 P 4 C 4 F 🥕Veggies, Crackers + Ranch Protein Dip In a bowl, mix together 110 grams Good Culture cottage cheese + ranch seasoning. On a plate add any veggies , Good Thins sea salt crackers and 16 slices of turkey pepperoni (I like Boars Head brand best). Macros for dip + turkey pepperoni : 150 cals 24 P 4 C 6F 🥜 Rice Cake + PB + 8 oz Carbmaster Chocolate Milk I get carbmaster chocolate milk at Frys (aka kroger or smiths) . 8oz of chocolate milk has 11 grams of protein! 🥪 Turkey Rollups Warm a small tortilla in the skillet then add 1 wedge of Laughing Cow cheese + 1-2 slices of turkey + a little G. Hughes sugar free bbq sauce . Macros: customized based your tortillas and amount of turkey! 🍠 Sweet Potato Toast Slice a sweet potato into thin to medium slices, spray with olive oil and add kosher salt. Bake at 350 for 15-20 mins until tender. You can top with a variety of things . Some of my favorite combos : - Mashed avocado then topped with sunny side up egg - Shredded chicken with G. MACROS for recipe below: 265 calories / 32C | 6F| 22P & 8G Fiber! •130g apple, sliced •130g siggi’s 0% yogurt (or other greek yogurt) •20g powdered pb (I use sugar free PBFit) •10g lily’s dark chocolate chips •cinnamon Mix together the yogurt + powdered pb until combined, then dollop on top of the apples, sprinkled with choco chips and cinnamon and enjoy! Greek yogurt with berries 2. Hard boiled eggs w fruit or high fiber bread 3. Almonds w/ string cheese 4. Cottage cheese with berries, pineapple 5. Protein shake w/ banana or favorite fruit 6. Veggies and hummus 7. Turkey or chicken roll ups with cucumber or peppers 8. Edamame with an apple 9. Apple with 1 tbsp peanut butter (mix in pb2 for more protein) 10. Tuna or chicken salad with sweet potato crackers Hope this helps. Cook in the oven on 180 degrees celsius for 25-30 minutes or until crispy. Quick, satisfying, and full of protein.
