Pick one: * 6 oz grilled chicken * 6 oz ground turkey or beef * 6 oz salmon or shrimp * 2 eggs + 4 oz deli meat Step 2: Add a fiber carb (1/2 cup to 1 cup). This will give regulate your blood sugar. * Brown rice, white rice or quinoa * Roasted sweet potato/ white potato * Black beans or chickpeas * Farro or barley Step 3: Load up on veggies. Eat 1 cup +. This will keep you full & give you all vitamins. * Chopped Steamed broccoli florets * Steamed string beans * butternut squash * Zucchini/ cabbage/ shredded lettuce * Tomato’s/ cucumbers * peppers and onions Step 3: Add a healthy fat. 1-2 tbsp. This keeps you satisfied. * feta cheese, shredded mozz, cheddar * olive oil * olives * avocado * fat from your meat * sliced or crushed nuts Step 5: Add flavor. Until the start of this series. 22 Protein Ice Cream Recipes. All around 300-400 calories for a whole pint with 40g protein! From Cosmic Brownie, Biscoff Cookie Butter, Fruity Pebble Cereal Milk, Cinnamon Toast Crunch Cereal Milk, Birthday Cake Batter…. the list goes on and on so it’s safe to say we’ll never run out of protein ice cream flavor options! I hope you guys have enjoyed this series as much as I have 🤤 And because I want you guys to make protein ice cream on the daily…. I created a FREE Protein Ice Cream Recipe book with all 22 of these recipes 🍨 Links in my bio to snag your copy. Literally takes less than 15 seconds 🫡 Let’s get into my top Protein Ice Cream Tips: 1️⃣ Your Milks Matter It’s a balance that allows for the lowest calorie count possible. If you just use all almond milk, you risk a less creamy outcome just because of how much water content there is in almond milk. You can by all means just use all Fairlife milk as well but it’ll just add an extra 40 ish calories. 2️⃣ Not All Protein Powders are made equal They will be making up around 50% (sometimes 60%+) of the dry ingredients in pretty much all creami recipes IF you want the macros to be immaculate. So a high quality whey/casein blend protein powder is a must. One with an amazing flavor profile because it will be arguably the big contributor to flavoring of the pint. And one that also does not have that chalky protein aftertaste because it will come through. 3️⃣ Meal Prep your pints. I make 6 at a time with varying flavor so I have variety. I use a small milk frother to mix the ingredients together. Works great! 4️⃣ Freezer pints with cover off. This will ensure you don’t get the hump which has been known to break machines. I have now run out of my IG character limit for a caption lol. ❗️❗️Tastes better than the restaurants and it's better for you❗️❗️ 🌟 Healthy Sweet and Sour Chicken 🌟 279 Calories | 31g Protein | 19g Carbs | 7g Fat *** no voiceover because I cant find my microphone 😭😭*** INGREDIENTS: • 600g chicken thighs (or breast for better macros), cut into chunks • 1/4 corn starch • 1 tsp salt • 1/2 tsp pepper • 200g capsicum (mix of green and red), chopped • 1/2 brown onion, chopped • 100g pineapple chunks (I use canned pineapple) SAUCE: • 3 tbsp reduced salt/sugar tomato sauce (or ketchup) • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar • 1 tbsp light soy sauce • 1/2 cup sweetener (I use Monk Fruit) • 3 tbsp pineapple juice (from canned pineapple) • 2 tsp corn starch Steps: 1. In a bowl, combine corn starch, salt and pepper. Then use to coat chicken. 2. Air fry chicken at 200°C/392°F for 15-20 mins, depending on chunk sizes. 3. Combine sauce ingredients except corn starch. 4. In a lightly greesed wok or pan, cook onion for 2 minutes. Then add capsicum and cook for another minute. 5. Add sauce mixture, stir in, then add corn starch slurry (starch + a bit of water) And stir well. Add pineapple, stir in, then turn off heat. 6. Add in chicken pieces and coat it in the sauce. 7. Optional spring onion and sesame seeds for garnish. I suggest eating this with rice. Makes 4 serves

These macro friendly burger tacos only take about 10 minutes and taste insane! 42g of protein for two as well! 🔥 Ingredients for 2: 170g of 5% beef mince 2 small tortillas 2 gherkins Sprinkle of lettuce Half an onion 2 squares of light burger cheese For the sauce: Use burger sauce or to make a lighter one: 1 tbsp of light mayonnaise 2/3rds tbsp of ketchup 1 tsp of mustard (Make more if you want more sauce😄) Directions: 1. roll the mince into 2 small balls and then place it onto the tortillas and flatten it 2. Add the tortilla to a greased frying pan and cook for a couple of mins on both side 3. With the mince facing upwards, add the cheese then add a lid ontop go the pan. Cook for another 1 min until the cheese starts to melt 4. Slice the lettuce, onion and gherkins and add it on top of the tacos 5. For the sauce combine the ketchup, mayo and mustard to make the burger sauce. SHARE and SAVE the recipe if you found it helpful Macros & Cals (per serving): 631Cal, 67gP, 13gC, 32gF (calculated using the @cronometer_official app) Beef (per serving): - 200g ground beef (raw weight) - 1/2 tsp onion powder - 1/2 tsp salt - 1/4 tsp pepper - 3/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce - 2 slices of light cheddar Sauce (4 servings, mix in a bowl): - 180g (3/4 cup) 0% Greek yogurt (I used @preschoice for their price) - 45g (1/4 cup) light mayonnaise (I used @hellmannsmayonnaise) - 2 tbsp yellow mustard - 2 tbsp sugar-free ketchup - 1 tbsp pickle juice - 1 tsp onion powder - 1/2 tsp paprika - 1/2 tsp salt - Optional: gradually add 1 tbsp of water and mix until it reaches desired thickness Layer with (per serving): - 2 tbsp raw white onions (diced) - 1/2 cup lettuce (shredded) - 8-10 sliced pickles - 1 light cheddar/mozzarella slice (regular works too) - 100g ground beef (about 1/2 cup) - Sauce it! - Repeat from the top one more time & optionally garnish with sesame seeds and chopped parsley Season the beef with the ingredients listed, cook it on medium heat for 5-7 minutes, stirring 1-2 times throughout the process, or until browned. Dice chicken, add to a heated pan with garlic and diced brown onion 2. Season with paprika and Italian herbs, and cook until browned. Season with salt and pepper 3. Add stock, risoni and simmer with the lid on for 10–15 minutes, stirring occasionally. 4. Add chopped broccoli, cream, sun-dried tomatoes and let it simmer for another 5-8 minutes 5. Then add spinach and let it wilt. 6. Stir through Parmesan, season to taste, and serve! Chocolate Protein Breakfast Bake. Finally on the meal plan this week! Have you made them yet?? Report back! Tried with a different protein powder?? I’m addicted and love them so much using my Active Stacks.😍 I think I’ve made them six times in the last two months. . Chocolate Protein Breakfast Bake 1 hour 1 ½ cup rolled oats (161g) 1 ½ tsp baking powder ½ tsp kosher salt 1 ½ cup cashew milk (or other milk; 360g) ¾ cup liquid egg whites (180g) ¾ cup low-fat cottage cheese (180g) ¾ cup chocolate protein powder, I used Active Stacks beef protein (90g) 3 Tbsp jet black cocoa powder (15g) 1 Tbsp vanilla extract (15g) Preheat the oven to 350. Blend all ingredients together in a high-speed blender until smooth. Pour batter into a parchment lined casserole dish (9x13 for 6-10 servings, and a sheet pan if making 12+ servings). Bake for 35-45 minutes, or until set. (I preferred about 45 minutes with my favorite Active Stacks, 35 minutes when I used my whey protein by Clean Simple Eats, and 50-60 minutes when I made 12 servings in a deep sided sheet pan.) We love these especially when they’ve been chilled. Store in the fridge to enjoy throughout the week. Top with whipped cream, fresh fruit, nut butters… or some yogurt for extra protein! I have to say, I MUCH prefer these made with the @activestacks beef protein. It just yields a much more dense and chewy texture while the whey can quickly become too dry. . PS: DO not underestimate the power of a few toppings. If you taste this warm out of the oven, you will be underwhelmed! 😂It’s all about the whole bowl experience.
