Its CRAZY how often this comes up in my 1:1 client intakes… When I ask about main symptoms- almost every single person lists anxiety as one of their top struggles And guess what 9/10 of them have in common? 👇 They’re all taking high-dose magnesium and usually nothing else😫 Yes- magnesium is incredibly important. It’s required for over 300 enzymatic reactions and most people are deficient to some degree. But what most don’t realize- mineral deficiencies DO NOT happen in isolation. When you pour in magnesium without balancing the rest of the “team”, things can actually get worse. •Magnesium + Sodium Magnesium calms your nervous system. Sodium helps hold magnesium in your cells.
