In a pan, we sautéed a tablespoon of wheat flour in butter and kept it aside. Next, we sautéed fresh garlic in a little more butter, added the roasted flour back, and poured in about half a cup of milk to make a smooth sauce. Then we added the steamed sweet corn kernels and tossed everything well, cooking for about 5 minutes until nicely coated. Seasoned with salt, chili flakes, and oregano, and finally topped with fresh parsley/coriander for extra freshness.
