Recipe:
Sponge cake part:
Mold 16cm
3 large eggs
70g sugar
2g vanilla
10g butter
15g fresh milk
70g cake flour
Bake at 160 degrees for the first 20 minutes
140 degrees 20 minutes later
Cream:
300g cream topping
Strawberry jam
How to make:

The ice cream part: don't know where you have topping cream? I used it because the ingredients are plant-based and the texture is firm and cheaper than whipping cream.

FII volunteered myself to make a cake for my friends birthday… 🎂
It needed to be sturdy enough to survive a warm 2 hour car journey and now it’s officially one of my favourite cakes I’ve ever made 💖
It’s basically Victoria sponge cake with super moist vanilla cake layers, vanilla buttercream, extra fruity jam and lots of fresh berries on top 🤌

Even a complete novice can definitely make this. I made sure to divide it to 3 segment which includes cake preparation, buttercream cream preparation, and covering the cake so we can have a better understanding of each segment that make a whole cake. Ingredients
Butter/margarine 168g (1/2cup + 1/4cup)
Sugar 300g (1 and 1/2cups)
Vegetable/canola oil 3tbsp
Vanilla flavor 1tbsp
Milk flavor 2tsp (optional but I advise you add it)
Eggs 4
Milk 1 cup + 2tbsp
Flour 325g (2cups + 1/2cup + 2tbsp)
Baking powder 2 and 1/2tsp
Salt 1/2tsp
The other segment will follow suit
