Made these melt-in-mouth Cham Cham using @ramsonsfood Skimmed Milk Powder – and trust me, they turned out just perfect!

🔹️ 1 cup Ramsons Skimmed Milk Powder
🔹 10 cups Water
🔹 2 tbsp Vinegar + 2 tbsp Water (to curdle)
🔹 2 tsp Cornflour
🔹 ¼ tsp Baking Powder
🔹 1 cup Sugar
🔹 4 cups Water (for syrup)
🔹 ½ cup Mawa
🔹 2 tbsp Powdered Sugar
🔹 ¼ tsp Cardamom Powder
🔹 Silver Vark
🔹 Saffron Syrup
🔹 Chopped Pistachios
Milk Prep: Mix 1 cup Ramsons Skimmed Milk Powder with 10 cups water. Boil.
Make Chenna: Add vinegar-water mix to curdle. Strain & wash.
Dough: Add cornflour & baking powder to chenna. Knead well. Make oval shapes.
Cook: Boil sugar & water to make syrup. Add ovals & boil for 7–8 mins. Cool.
Filling: Mix mawa, cardamom powder, and sugar.
Assemble: Slice Cham Cham, fill with mawa. Add silver vark, saffron syrup & pistachios.
Chill & Serve.
