Mango sago with nata de coco (coconut jellies) aka Mango Bango! Ingredients: 6 champagne mangos also known as Ataulfo mangoes 3/4 cups to 1 cup sago (uncooked) 2 jars of Nata de Coco jellies 14 oz coconut milk 1/4 cup condensed milk (adjust to your liking) In a pot add about 6 cups of water. Boil the sago/tapioca pearls for 10 - 12 minutes (until the pearls are mostly translucent) then remove from heat and cover with lid for 15 minutes. Drain and rinse the sago in cold water. Cut the mangoes into cubes. In a large bowl, add mangoes, Nata de Coco (with or without the syrup - depends on your sweetness level. I added the syrup from 1 jar), sago, coconut milk, and condensed milk. Mix together then cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hour before serving. Serve as is or with crushed ice. #mangosago #mango #mangobango #desserts

Ingredients: 1/2 cup sago (1 cup is okay too if you want more) 1 jar of Nata de Coco 3 large champagne mangoes 1 1/2 cup of half and half 1/2 cup condensed milk Boil the sago or tapioca pearls for 10 minutes then remove from heat and cover with lid for 15 minutes. Drain and rinse the sago in cold water. Cut the mangoes into cubes. Add the mangoes to a bowl, sago, Nata de Coco (drained), half and half and condensed milk. Refrigerate for 4 hours before serving. MANGO BANGO⤵️ Not AJ saying ong (grandpa in Vietnamese) is gonna eat dinosaur poop😩😩😂😂 2-3 ripe mangos, diced 3-4 cups water 3/4 cup tapioca pearls, uncooked 1 jar coconut jelly, drained of juices 1.5 cups half and half (or 50:50 blend of milk & heavy whipping cream) 1/2 cup condensed milk 1. Cook tapioca pearls according to package. Add water add tapioca pearls to a pot. Bring to boil. Once boiling, reduce heat a little bit but still at a boil and cook for 10 mins. Remember to stir occasionally. After 10 mins, turn off heat and allow to sit for 15 mins. Then rinse & drain under cold water. 2. To your tapioca pearls, add the rest of your ingredients: diced mangos, coconut jelly (drained of juices), half and half, condensed milk. 3. Refrigerate for at least 30 mins before serving or serve with ice is ok

In a large bowl add 3 cubed mangoes, 1 jar drained coconut jelly, cooked sago, 1 can evaporated milk, 1 can coconut milk and 2/3 cup condensed milk. This easy, creamy & refreshing mango dessert is perfect to cool you down all summer long!✨ A creamy dessert made with tapioca pearls, mango chunks and 3 milk mixture🤍 🌟Ingredients •1 pack Tapioca pearls • 4-5 cups Water to cook Tapioca pearls •370ml Evaporated milk •200ml Whipping cream •200ml Coconut milk or regular milk •200ml Condensed milk •300g Nata de Coco •5 Mangoes cut in cubes (use 2 mangoes in purée and 3 mangoes for recipe) Method First boil tapioca pearls for 10 minutes.(stir occasionally to prevent from sticking) Drain and rinse in cold water then let it sit for 15 minutes. MANGO SAGO RECIPE BELOW ⤵️ mangoes are back in season again, so it’s time to bring back one of my favourite recipes 🥭 • MANGO SAGO RECIPE • - 3 mangoes (or more) - 90g sago pearls - 400ml coconut milk - 2 tbsp condensed milk - 1 jar nata de coco 1. blend 1 mango with coconut milk and condensed milk to make “mango milk” 2. add 90g sago pearls in a large pot of boiling water and boil for 5 mins. then switch off heat and leave it covered for 15 mins. 3. drain sago and rinse with cold running water. 4. dice up the rest of the mangoes and assemble in a large bowl with nata de coco, sago pearls and mango milk. ✨ fun fact: the “sago” pearls usually used for these desserts aren’t actually made from sago but tapioca! 😯 #recipe #dessert #mangosago #mangodessert #asiandessert #dessertrecipe #easydessert #mangobango #sago #chinesedessert

Recipe: 3-4 mangos 1 cup small or medium tapioca pearls 1 jar nata de coco 3/4 can condensed milk (300g) 1 can evaporated milk (400g) Ice to serve (optional) Method: 1. Add 1 cup of tapioca pearls (sago) to 4-5 cups water and simmer for 10 mins 2. Take off the heat, put the lid on and allow to sit and steam for another 10-15 mins 3. Drain and rinse under cold water 4. Add chopped mango, drained nata de coco and the sago into a bowl 5. Add in the condensed milk and evaporated milk. (You can add less condensed milk if you want it to be less sweet) 6.
