How I knew it was time for 🌳forest medicine, aka what some call “grandmother” medicine, part 2️⃣ Again loves, LIFE is the walking ceremony. LIFE is the medicine journey. AND Master plants serve as ancient, wise teachers that can alchemize pains beyond our wildest conceptions. *I am by no means recommending this, it is a very personal experience. Was deep in prayer, healing her call for sometime but knew I would know in my body when it was time. The invite came in with ease, and I prayed on it. Asking spirit and asking her spirit to communicate with me. (My last post shares a little more about the internal feeling of being at the precipice of breakthrough and ready to move beyond the shadows I was facing… most of all… the invitation to experience from the original guardians of the ancient forest… that was the YES I knew I needed) There are many healers, plant medicine facilitators, self proclaimed “shamans”, those rightfully initiated, and those serving out of integrity. We all know who they are. Prayers if you cannot see & feel the difference and please know I am here to support in discerning who / where / how to feel into the calling. When it comes to master plants such as forest medicine, frog medicine, los santos niños, and more… I am personally devoted to receiving from and supporting those in right relation and in full integrity. Supporting DIRECT to source aka the Amazon rainforest and the original keepers, guardians and protectors of the sacred. This is why I stand as a strong ally with the Kuntanawa. This is how it is meant to be. To give back to the lands she journeys from. We are committed to healing the lungs of the earth, the Amazon Rainforest. The month leading to my journey, I hiked everyday to support my dieta. I connected and prayed with her spirit and many songs were channeled in that time. MORE in caption ⬇️

so many people are searching for what is wrong. when the anxiety or conflict arises, your mind immediately tries to piece together exactly HOW nothing is okay, and what needs to be changed/controlled/fixed for you to feel okay again. in my deep training with master plants over the years, I’ve come to learn that the one thing blocking us from our path is a lack of trust. a trust in life. a trust in spirit. a trust in your soul’s journey. healing doesn’t actually come from tightening around a wound… it comes from softening our fixation and opening the heart to a greater intelligence. this intelligence is already moving through your life. there is a guidance constantly reorganizing towards wholeness. even in the moments when you feel like everything is crashing down, you are held. there is a larger weaving we need to zoom out to see, and remember to feel within our bones. it is ancient. it is with you. for more on walking the medicine path with integrity and leading from soul, follow @risewith.sage 🌱🤍
