This is how you prep 28 meals in one hour - using 7 different recipes. I don’t have a big kitchen so I have to make the most of what I have. Just one of the ways I like to make the most of my space is to try and cook everything on the go at the same time. Now this isn’t always possible however with some clever planning the night before it can be done. Whilst we all know weight loss is a simple calories in vs calories out. There’s much more to it to get the most out of fat loss. I like to alternate between different carbs, proteins and fats every week. I’ve always been really good with food but there’s always something more to be learnt. I’m 8 weeks into my new coaching and creating and tweaking my food that little bit more I’m feeling really good. Nearly 24 inches lost in body measurements in 8 weeks and it’s only March. Get in that kitchen and make the most of it and don’t make excuses. POV: it’s meal prep time 👌 Simple meals but they do the trick :) The Deets: Rice: -Jasmine rice with coconut oil + salt Beef: - Onion and red pepper fried in olive oil - Ground beef fried - excess fat drained - Added: salt, garlic powder Chicken in instant pot - 3 packages of chicken, - 2 packages of fajita mix - 3-4 cups water (until chicken is submerged) - Pressure cook for 10 minutes - Then let sit for as long as you want to make it more tender *I suggest at least 2 hours *when shredding the chicken keep some of the liquid in the pot still My meals (rectangle containers) - Lunch & dinner 1. Ground beef + rice - I add soya sauce and honey before eating 2. Shredded chicken, rice & broccoli - I will typically fry this meal up at night before eating with some olive oil and add soya sauce. #Mealprep #weeklymealprep #meals

Air fry salmon 10–12 mins at 180°C. 2. Cook soba noodles (3 mins), rinse, and toss with sesame oil, sauce and seaweed. 3. Boil eggs (6 mins in boiling water into 3 mins ice bath) 4. Big breakfast power bowls, going into the cookbook pans on my page Stage 1 3lbs 96/4 beef seasoning with ⬇️ 8g paprika 8g garlic 6k onion 6g pepper 4g salt Stage 2 20 slices of beef bacon (45 calorie kind) Chop into small pieces let this cook Stage 3 20 happy eggs 4g all purpose seasoning Stage 4 4lbs frozen south style potatoes spread a few passes over these before going into the oven I ended up putting mine on 400°. I let it cook for 20 minutes and then I put it on 500 and I let it broil for 10 min You can season these if you want to I just knew I was gonna be using my high protein sauces which I’m gonna list below. Stage 5 Add all the ingredients into your beef pan mix and distribute as evenly as possible, and 10 meal prep containers. If you are very particular, put a large bowl on a scale reset it so it says zero add your food once you get that total divided by 10 meal prep containers and that’s how much you should do each meal prep container For example You zeroed out your glass bowl poured in the food that you cooked. It came out to 89 ounces 89 oz. divided by 10 meal preps comes out to 8.9 ounces each meal prep container will be getting here are the sauces that I like to put on my foods⬇️ I have these linked These make 12 ounces 100% you will not waste any product #gym #mealprep #weightloss #highprotein #mealprepideas
