💛 You want to meditate… but it just feels hard. You’ve heard the stories. You know the benefits. And deep down, you want to feel that sense of peace, clarity, and stillness. But every time you try, your mind won’t quiet down. You feel restless. And you wonder… Is this even working? You’re not alone. So many people tell me: “I really want to meditate, but I just can’t do it.” “I’ve tried the apps, but nothing sticks.” ✨ But what if meditation didn’t have to feel like a struggle? What if, instead of doing it alone, you had someone guiding you? Creating a safe space for you to truly drop in—to learn, to grow, and to find a practice that actually feels good? Because meditation isn’t about forcing yourself to sit still. It’s about finding a rhythm that works for you. And there’s one thing that can change everything… but most people overlook it. 🌱 If you’ve been struggling with meditation, watch this video. Let’s make it easier, more approachable and something you actually love. 👉 If you'd like to begin your meditation journey, you can explore our group classes or start with our 1:1's. Book our classes via the Mirosuna app or email hello@mirosuna.com for our 1:1's.

I meditate to increase the reaction time between what happened and what I’m going to do about it I meditate to pause the story in my mind long enough to become aware of what is story and what is actually real I meditate to become the witness, the watcher that steps back and observes the dance of life rather than getting consumed by it I meditate to move emotion through my body. To shift my energy and intentionally choose the frequency I wish to ride that day I meditate to change my personal reality. To feel into future versions of myself that I know exist beyond my current circumstances I meditate to free myself, to soften the noise of the world and return to our quiet truth within If you would like to meditate with me, the link is in my bio ✨ #Meditation #10minutesaday

🧘🏽‍♀️ We live in a world filled with anger, fear, and disconnection. Most of us were never taught how to truly live in joy, how to embrace love, or how to sit with ourselves in peace. Instead, we were conditioned to judge, react, suppress — not to pause and ask why. 💔 Hurt becomes habit. And trauma gets passed down silently, generation after generation. But healing doesn’t have to be complicated. It starts with something as simple as… breathing. It starts with awareness. ✨ The most powerful tools to regulate your nervous system and return to love are within reach: • Yoga for grounding and presence • Breathwork to release what’s stuck in the body • Journaling to hear your own truth • Meditation to reconnect with your soul Science shows that these mindful practices reduce cortisol, lower anxiety, and rewire the brain. Spiritually, they bring you home — back to center, back to self. 🕊️ It starts with you. You have the power to break the cycle. To feel deeply. To heal consciously. And when you do… you don’t just heal yourself — you heal generations before and after you. So today, slow down. Breathe. Ask yourself: Why am I doing this? What am I trying to protect or avoid? And what would love do instead? I believe in you. 🫶🏽 #GenerationalHealing #NervousSystemReset #SpiritualHealing #EnchantedHands MindfulLiving ConsciousAwareness

So many people think spirituality has rules… and if you’re not following them, you’re doing it wrong. But that’s not the truth. You don’t need to wake up at 5am. You don’t need to force yourself to meditate. And you’re not failing if something doesn’t resonate. Sometimes, that resistance you feel? It’s not laziness… it’s guidance. Spirituality isn’t about rigid routines — it’s about connection. And that connection can look like movement, music, creativity, or time in nature. Your path is allowed to be different. It’s meant to be. ✨ Save this for the days you doubt your path 📩 Send this to someone who needs this reminder 🔗 Link in bio for deeper healing & spiritual tools ✨If you're looking for a resource to start your healing journey - grab my Sacred Self-Love & Nervous System Healing Guide, packed with tools including embodiment and journaling exercises, an inner child meditation, a beautiful music playlist, self-love practices and rituals, and so much more! ✨Link in Bio above to grab it ✨And stay tuned for my up-coming shadow work & Inner healing course to help you dive deep into the subconscious patterns and beliefs that have been keeping you stuck and your nervous system dysregulated, to finally get the healing that will allow you to start living your most aligned & abundant life! #spirituality #spiritualawakening #selfdiscovery #spiritualgrowth #mindfulness

You think you’re bad at meditation…but this is what your mind actually sounds like when you slow down. It's not peaceful at first. It’s loud. Reactive. Unfiltered. And for a lot of people, that’s the moment they quit. But that’s not failure. That’s awareness heightened. As a meditation integration coach, I see this all the time. People think they’re doing it wrong…when really, they’re just finally hearing what’s been running unchecked. Their frustration. Their judgment. Or the built up эмоtions that never had space to move. Meditation is not about becoming calm instantly. It’s about learning how to sit with what’s there and then knowing what to do with it. That’s where the deeper work comes in. The Soul work. The deep silent Meditations.Yoga asana. So you’re not just sitting in the noise…you’re actually processing and moving through it. Like each thought is a cloud passing by your consciousness. Ready to take it a step further to understand your mind instead of fighting it, my Clarity Packages are now open. . . . . . #meditationpractice #nervoussystemhealing #mindawareness #akashichealing #innerwork

🚨 STOP SCROLLING. You’ve been lied to about meditation. For years, people have been told: 🧘♀ “Meditation is only for monks.” 🕯 “You have to be deeply spiritual.” 🧠 “You need to clear your mind completely.” That’s the myth. Here’s the truth: Meditation isn’t about becoming a guru. It’s about becoming regulated. It reduces stress. It sharpens focus. It lowers anxiety. It literally rewires your brain. And no — you don’t need crystals, incense, or a mountaintop to do it. You need 2 minutes. You need a breath. You need willingness. The biggest misconception? People think meditation is about escaping life. It’s actually about mastering your energy within it. You don’t meditate because you’re ultra spiritual. You meditate because your nervous system deserves support. And the people who say “I can’t meditate”… They are usually the ones who need it most. 💭 Be honest — what myth about spirituality did you use to believe? Drop it in the comments. Let’s normalize truth over trends. Most people think spiritual practices will change their life. But practices are just tools. If your reactions, emotional patterns, and nervous system stay the same — nothing actually changes. Real transformation begins when you start noticing your patterns in real life. Not only during a practice. I talk about awareness, emotional patterns and the connection between body and mind here. Follow if you’re interested in understanding yourself deeper.

For many women, spirituality lives in the mind. We read books. We listen to teachings. We understand things intellectually. We get the crystals. We burn the incense sticks. And then we wonder why we still feel the same? Sure, we might have better days, more flow, more peace. But we still end up yelling at the toaster in the morning. Real healing rarely happens in the mind. IT HAPPENS IN THE BODY. Your nervous system is the place where your experiences live. Where old moments are still stored. Where your reactions are born. That tight feeling in your chest. The sudden overwhelm. The urge to shut down or withdraw. These are not failures. THEY ARE SIGNALS. Your body is showing you where something still wants attention, safety, or understanding. And that’s why healing isn’t about forcing yourself to “think more positively.” It’s about learning TO SIT WITH WHAT YOUR BODY IS ALREADY SAYING. The nervous system becomes the altar when you begin to treat those signals with curiosity instead of judgment. Instead of asking: “Why am I like this?” You begin to ask: “What is this moment trying to show me?” That’s where something begins to soften. And slowly, the body learns that it no longer has to hold everything alone. Nothing needs to be fixed, everything needs to be felt. The doorway to deep feeling is in my bio.

You don’t have to clear your mind to meditate. You don’t have to stop thinking. You don’t have to “do it right.” And you definitely don’t have to be calm the whole time. Meditation is simply the act of sitting and noticing what’s happening. Thoughts come. Judgment comes. Restlessness comes. And instead of trying to fix it, you practice being with it. That’s the practice. If you’ve been curious about meditation but felt like you were “bad” at it, this is exactly why I host Sunday Sit. A simple space to sit together, practice, and remember that nothing about your mind disqualifies you from meditation. 🧘‍♀️ Next Sunday Sit: Sunday Come exactly as you are. DM SUNDAY to join 📬

Recently, a woman inside my work shared something that felt important to pass along… For months, she had been feeling stretched thin. Holding a lot. Navigating stress. Trying to keep moving forward… while quietly feeling her capacity collapsing. She noticed some old coping patterns beginning to resurface. Nothing extreme. But enough to recognize that something within her was asking for support. → She chose to give herself space. She intentionally microdosed plant 🌿 medicine She entered a space of conscious connected breathwork. And instead of rushing the process… she allowed herself to stay with the experience. After the session ended, she didn’t immediately move on with her day. She stayed. Listened. Let the experience continue unfolding. Hours passed. She described the experience as deeply clarifying. Not because everything suddenly disappeared… but because something shifted in how she was relating to what she was feeling. The next morning, she noticed something different. The tension she had been carrying was still present in her body… but her response to it had changed. Instead of trying to fix it. Instead of trying to override it. Instead of trying to think her way out of it. She allowed herself to feel it. She described recognizing clearly where the sensation lived in her body. Its texture. Its intensity. Its shape. Rather than resisting it… she stayed present with it. Curious. Connected. Listening. She shared: “Everything I want is on the other side of these feelings.” See the comments for the reset of her story…

Have you ever felt blocked during meditation? 💭 Today my sacral, heart, and throat chakras felt blocked. And when energy isn’t flowing, meditation can become much more difficult. The more stagnant the energy, the harder it is to settle into stillness. Even for me, meditation isn’t always easy. When I sat down today, I immediately knew something felt off. I did a quick energetic cleanse to try to move some of that stagnant energy before beginning. As I started breathing and settling in, I could feel the disconnection. My sacral chakra felt tight, almost like a cramp. My heart chakra felt like it was beating too fast. My throat chakra felt constricted — like breathing through a straw. Sometimes meditation doesn’t become quiet… it becomes healing. So instead of forcing the meditation, I reflected on my day and how I responded to certain moments. I reminded myself: “You are safe. You are loved. You were truthful.” Once that settled in, I changed the words: “I am safe. I am loved. I am truthful.” That small shift changes everything. Words shape energy. What we say out loud matters, but what we say to ourselves matters even more. Sometimes meditation isn’t about perfect stillness — it’s about gently guiding your energy back into alignment ✨
