These memory hacks are INSANELY effective ✅💯👩🏽‍🎓🧠 - THE HACKS: 1️⃣ Spaced Repetition - review content at regular, increasing intervals to help commit to long-term memory 📅 . 2️⃣ SQ3R - actively engage with anything you read using the following steps: Survey, Question, Read, Recite, and Review. Creating your own questions that you then answer when reading through the text makes it more engaging and memorable 🤓 . 3️⃣ Method of Loci - envision a common route or room, and make a list of all the objects you pass. Relate each object to a piece of content you have to memorise (e.g. your door handle is circular, like the shape of a ribosome, which produces protein for the cell). During your exam, walk through the route/room in your mind to bring back the information 🏡 . 4️⃣ Chewing Gum - memory is strongly associated with smell, so when you chew a certain flavour of gum whilst studying and chew the SAME flavour in your exam or test, it’ll stimulate the memories of the content you learnt! 🍊🍇 . 5️⃣ Doodling - if you doodle whilst reading, or listening to something, you are more likely to remember the information. This is because doodling stimulates your brain enough for you to stay focused and alert without providing too much distraction ✍🏽 - #studyhacks #studysmart #studytips #studywithme #studymotivation #studentlife #students #memory #memorytraining #memoryhacks #braintraining #worksmarternotharder #studentproblems

⌛1-4-7 Memory Retention Technique This technique tells you when to review information so it moves from short-term memory to long-term memory. You revise the topic at 3 intervals: 1. First Review: After 1 day Quick 5–10 min revision Just skim notes / active recall Purpose: stop forgetting 2. Second Review: After 4 days Do a deeper recap Solve questions, test yourself Purpose: strengthen memory 3. Third Review: After 7 days Final review Write summary, teach someone Purpose: move to long-term memory 🧠 Why it works Your brain forgets quickly unless it is reminded at spaced intervals. The 1-4-7 technique makes your brain think: “This info is important, keep it!” So memory is strong, long-lasting, and easy to recall during exams. 🔥 Pro Tips Use active recall, not just reading Review notes, NOT the full book Summarize after each review Keep each review short (10–20 min) ✔️ Benefits Less time studying Less stress before exams Better grades Stronger long-term memory #study #student #tips #tricks #studytips learn memory 147 rule motivation studytips study students study gram

The easiest 3 new memory secrets👇🏽🧠✅ As the world leading Smart Skills coach with over 22,725 students, these 3 NEW memory methods have proven to work time and time again 🧑🏽‍🔬 Try these memory methods to remember what you read faster and easier👇🏽 I - Interleaving Your memory will skyrocket if you simply read, stop then try to recall what you just read after a short break. Repeat this interleaving cycle on important information for best results 🔁 it is the BEST scientifically proven technique to boost memory after reading 📖 C - Chunking Break apart complex topics into simple ideas. These simple ideas are easily remembered by your brain which will help you NEVER forget what you are reading 🧠 E - Encoding ⚡️ If you have difficulty remembering what you read it’s likely you are passively reading without meaningful processing! To solve this encode what you read properly by summarising key ideas and linking new concepts to prior knowledge 🧠 I taught James ICE and he could effortlessly memorize all his essays and his notes for school 👩🏽‍🎓💯 COMMENT “ICE” and I’ll send you a FREE 31-page guide with 17+ proven strategies to get smarter ❤️👩🏽‍🎓 #study #studyhacks #studygram #memorize

First — You’re Not Dumb. Your Method Is Wrong. Forgetting is not a memory problem. It’s a revision problem. 🔁 The Real Reason You Forget You read once → close the book → never see it again. Your brain thinks it’s useless info → deletes it. Simple. ✅ What Actually Works 1. Don’t just read Recall After reading a page, close it.Write what you remember from scratch. This forces your brain to actually store it. 2. Spaced Repetition Study today → revise after 1 day → then 3 days → then 7 days. Each time you revise, memory gets stronger. 3. Teach it out loud Explain the topic to yourself like you’re teaching someone. If you can’t explain it — you don’t know it yet. 4. Write, don’t highlight •Highlighting = passive = forgotten. •Writing in your own words = active = remembered. 5. Sleep after studying Brain stores memories during sleep.Study → sleep → your brain literally saves the file overnight. 📅 The Forget-Proof Revision Cycle Day 1 → Learn + write from memory Day 2 → Quick recall — no reading Day 4 → Revise once more Day 7 → Test yourself Day 14 → Final revision spaced repetition, memory hack, study smarter, stop forgetting, recall method, active recall, revision strategy, study tips, memory boost, brain hack, exam prep, topper strategy, remember everything, effective studying, forget proof revision, study motivation, exam tips, student life, focus tips, learn faster, retention hack, study grind, academic success, student productivity, productive student, study habits, peak performance, high achiever, student goals, level up, discipline wins, consistency matters, growth mindset, smart student, study routine, productive life, student success, focus mode, deep work, no excuses, results driven #students #hardwork #dream #studytips #productivity

READ THIS 👇 A study published in the journal PLOS ONE suggested that clenching your hands can help with memory. Clenching the right hand into a fist while trying to memorize or learn, new information can help in encoding of the memories. This is thought to stimulate the left hemisphere of the brain which is associated with encoding information. Later, when trying to recall the information during your exam, clenching the left hand into a fist can help. This stimulates the right hemisphere of the brain, which is associated with memory retrieval. DISCLAIMER: this will not replace solid studying. And this might not work for everyone! #studygram #memorizationhack #uni #studytip

How to Memorize Faster: Tips and Techniques ↪️Understand Before Memorizing Grasp the concept or meaning of what you’re trying to learn. Understanding builds a stronger foundation for memory. ↪️ Use Active Recall Test yourself repeatedly on the material rather than passively rereading it. ↪️Chunk Information Break down large pieces of information into smaller, manageable chunks to make them easier to remember. ↪️Engage Multiple Senses For example, write it down, say it aloud, or visualize it. ↪️Teach What You Learn Explaining concepts to others forces you to organize and simplify your understanding, reinforcing your memory. ↪️Stay Physically Active Exercise boosts blood flow to the brain and improves cognitive function, enhancing memory. ↪️Eliminate Distractions Study in a quiet, focused environment to avoid interruptions and improve retention. ↪️Set a Study Schedule Regular, consistent study sessions help in building a stronger memory over cramming last-minute.
