Ich bin noch nicht bereit öffentlich darüber zu sprechen, was passiert ist und brauche noch etwas Zeit.
Jetzt kommen wieder die Tage, in denen viele Menschen ihre Jahresrückblicke teilen. Meist sind dies sehr positive Eindrücke und ich freue mich für die anderen mit, versteht mich da bitte nicht falsch!
Mein Jahr war aber einfach nur anstrengend und mit Blick auf die letzten Tage kann ich einfach nicht über meine Highlights sprechen. Das fühlt sich falsch an. Mit diesem Post möchte ich zeigen, dass es auch ok ist, kein grandioses 2025 gehabt zu haben. So viele Menschen (auch um mich herum) sind müde, ausgelaugt, traurig, voller Schmerz. Und das ist ok. Damit seid ihr nicht alleine.
Niemand sollte sich dafür verstecken müssen, wenn's auch mal nicht so rund läuft. Ich sehe euch! Ich bin bei euch 🫶🏻

DAI have been reflecting on this question for a while now: “Why is it seen as such a weakness if men cry, Mum?” And then @josephlawrenc3’s “Boys Don’t Cry” 🎶 just came up on my playlist this morning so I had to share.
The idea that men don’t cry is a stereotype rooted in societal expectations of masculinity, associating tears with weakness. Yet, everyone, regardless of gender, experiences emotions and can cry.
So to my son’s continue CRYING YOUR EYES OUT and ALL the beautiful men that read this post today and beyond…..please give yourself permission to cry. It’s a natural and healthy way to release emotions and cope with stress or sadness.
Anyone needing a shoulder to cry on, please know that mine are always here for you. You’re not alone, and it’s okay to let your emotions flow.
