Note :- solution (1:-ectomorph divide your meals into 4 to 5 high calorie high protein meals to gain some weight and lean muscle mass. This is the best for you. 2:-endomorph try intermittent fasting, only two meals in a day and one snacks, low-calorie high protein diet.
