But there’s not such thing as “the best NFP method for everyone.” There are probably a lot of different methodological approaches that will work for you. And some methods are better for some people because of: ✨ personal preferences ✨ finances ✨ access to materials or instructors ✨ accurate fit with your bio markers ✨ lifestyle factors ✨ health And sooooooo much more. I’m happy that I’ve seen a big shift in this “method wars” mentality over the past few years! So if you love Creighton: great! If you love Marquette, or FEMM, or CCL, or SymptoPro, or Billings…. You’re very welcome here! Apart from my specific NFP courses, most of the materials you find at Pearl & Thistle are not method specific and are meant to support you in your own journey of body literacy. ❤️❤️❤️ I’d love to know: what’s your fave NFP method and why?
