S’en est suivie une formation qui m’a permis de mieux me connaître… et de découvrir mon IKIGAÏ suprême, ma mission de vie. Pour parvenir à faire ce switch, il faut des ressources personnelles hautes : confiance, courage, force d’action… Et soyons honnêtes : quand elles ne sont pas suffisamment activées, tu restes coincé·e. Professionnellement, cela se matérialise de différentes manières. Tu ressens de la frustration, un vide grandissant, une perte de sens… Une profonde lassitude…. Et parfois, ça finit en dépression ou burn-out. Il y a mille raisons au fait de ne pas oser : ton éducation, ton environnement, certains événements de vie ont altéré tes ressources personnelles et t’ont coupé de ton plein potentiel.
