Make sure you have or create a physical space for all these elements to come together and my strong recommendation is that you organize the calendars in a way that works for you and your brain.
I’m showing you show I do it but remember you need to do this in a way that works for your success.
Structuring your planning in this way, and planning very strategically in advance gies your the opportunity to take time off for the important stuff:
anniversaries, birthdays, vacations, thinking time.
Looking at the visuals also remind you that you need to be working hard on the times designated for your grinding.
I’ve said it before but anyone telling you they don’t have to grind but is boasting about a high and profitable income is probably lying to you.
I take time off, but I also grind, think, and work. I don’t bullshit about that. I work hard so I can enjoy time completely unplugged with emergency access only.
