COThis year to celebrate my birthday and dissertation proposal defense (on the same day because I’m a nerd like that 😜), I treated myself to brand new snowboarding gear!
🏂 first, let me say my riding gear was 8 years old, jacket was second hand, my pants were not fitting with a base and mid layer (I could not bed my knees to strap into my bindings), my bum was getting wet from sitting and falling in powder, and pink is really, REALLY, really not my color 🖤
It spent a long time researching the techs of technical gear and comparing different different brands. I was worried I was going to have to compromise on the design because what I care about most is being warm, dry, and having ALL the features in my gear!
After riding in my new gear since January, I can’t honestly say I LOVE my Doom jacket from @montecwear!
Some of my favorite design features about this jacket:
1. The asymmetrical zipper! Feels like a hoodie, protects like a jacket
2. Chest, stomach, and hidden arm pockets! They are SO convenient for phone, snacks, lip balm, etc.
3. The hood fits OVER my helmet! sold immediately!
So Here’s my first ever #unboxing if that’s still a thing 🤣 I was so excited to receive it and I couldn’t wait to share about this awesome jacket!
