Stretching 232 km between Lake Louise and Jasper, this drive takes about 3 hours without stops… but trust me, you’ll want 4–6 hours (or more) to soak it all in.
Glaciers, turquoise lakes, waterfalls & endless mountain peaks, wildlife sightings and views that look straight out of a movie…

Important road trip tip ⛽️
There are very limited gas stations along the route, mainly at Lake Louise, Saskatchewan River Crossing, and Jasper. Fill up before you go. Cell service is spotty too, so download maps offline.
