Dann wirds Zeit🤤 Rezept zum Ausdrucken gibt es bei mir auf dem Blog und den Rest bekommt ihr natürlich auch hier⬇️ Der Sommer kommt schließlich 😅 Rezept für 6 Portionen 3 Packungen Minimozzarella (je 125g) 2 Knoblauchzehen 4 in Öl eingelegte getrocknete Tomaten je 1 TL Thymian, Oregano und Chiliflocken je 1/2 Bund Petersilie und Basilkum 200ml Olivenöl Abrieb einer Zitrone Salz nach Belieben Zitrone heiß abwaschen und reiben. Knoblauch schälen und pressen. Tomaten kleinschneiden. Petersilie und Basilikum hacken. Mozzarella gut abtropfen und in ein hohes Gefäß (Einmachglas) geben. Die restlichen Zutaten zugeben und alles vorsichtig vermengen. Für mindestens 2 Stunden marinieren. Kcal p.P. 324 KH 5,9g E 12,5 F 27,6g #eingelegtermozzarella #foodblogger_de #mozzarella #bbq

3 ingredient mozzarella 😮‍💨 Milk, citric acid, liquid rennet Milk: you can use milk from the store as long as it’s not ultra-pasteurized (1 gallon). I’m using raw milk. Critic acid: I’m using lemon juice (6 tbsp). You have the option of using vinegar instead (12 tbsp) but I prefer lemon juice to vinegar when it comes to cheese Liquid rennet: rennet is a combination of enzymes that cause proteins in milk to form curds. You can order some online and keep it in the fridge for other projects Use non-reactive cookware for this project. Avoid aluminum, cast iron, and copper. Enamel coated, stainless, ceramic, glass are all 👌🏼 Add your milk to your pot and stir in your lemon juice. Heat to 90°. Remove from heat and stir in your rennet. Cover and let sit for 5 minutes. After 5 min or so, uncover and cut your “silken tofu-like” curds into a grid. Make sure your knife reaches the bottom of the pot. Stir them gently as to not break them apart too much. Heat curds to 105° Strain out your curds and save some whey for later. (*whey if the yellow liquid leftover in your pot) Heat a pot of water (same pot or different pot, up to you) to 185° Add your curds to the water and cook for 2-3 minutes until they become pliable and stretchy. Begin folding and stretching. As they start to cool, add them back into the hot water or “mozzarella milk” if you decided to do this stage in a separate bowl. Continue folding and stretching until elastic and smooth. Add 1tsp salt (or to taste) at this stage. Form a cheese ball or two and place in an ice bath. If you’re making your cheese for later. Add some whey to a sealable container with 1 tsp of salt. Add your mozzarella and refrigerate. I highly recommend enjoying on spot. Have fun!
