What we call the big Self. Last night we sat with Shiva on Mahashivratri - the night when the veil thins and awareness feels closer than breath. But the practice doesn’t end with one night. These 4 mudras help sustain that connection, shifting from thinking mind into consciousness itself: 🔥 Shiva Lingam Mudra
A gesture of contained power. The upright thumb represents Shiva, pure awareness, and the palm beneath symbolizes Shakti, the life force. Together they express the union of consciousness and energy. Associated with the fire element, it activates inner strength and disciplined clarity. I use it when I feel scattered or unsure of direction. It reminds me that true power is rooted, not reactive. 🌀 Dharma Chakra Mudra
The turning of the wheel — life, karma, birth and rebirth. One hand draws inward to the heart, the other extends outward to the world, expressing harmony between inner and outer life.
