Arms swing is close to the hip (hands should almost touch your hips). This is one of my weakness too, especially when I am tired, my shoulders tend to rotate. With shoulders/arms muscles strengthen and core workout, this improves a lot 💪 Use elastic bands to simulate running arms swing movement! ——— ⚠️ TECNICA DI CORSA 👍 Per avere una corsa economica, i movimenti del tronco devono essere efficienti! ❌ Non ruotate troppo le spalle e il tronco ✅ Il tronco deve essere forte e le spalle perpendicolari al busto.
