Stop overcomplicating your edits. You don’t need crazy transitions, you just need the right pacing. Here is the exact frame breakdown I used in DaVinci Resolve: ✂️ Clip 1: 8 Frames ✂️ Clip 2: 3 Frames ✂️ Clip 3: 3 Frames ✂️ Clip 4: 4 Frames ✂️ Clip 5: 5 Frames ✂️ Clip 6: Your long clip 💡 The Secret Sauce: Use "Dynamic Zoom" and set it to "Swap" with "Ease In & Out" to create that pull-in effect. 🔥 Bonus: Add an "Invert Color" effect on the short clips and drop the saturation to make it pop even more. Save this reel so you have the numbers ready for your next edit! 💾 #videoediting #tutorial #howto #reel

This one little editing trick is what got my edits from 1,000 views to over a Million, and it’s not hard to do. Editing to the rhythm of your music can create harmony and engulf your audience into the world inside your screen. Get attention through balance and execution, not brute force. Comment “MUSIC” and I’ll send you a collection of music I use for making impactful and cinematic storytelling videos! xoxo, Jordan

Read Caption 👇 DO’s (Things you should do) 1. Clean the audio first Remove background noise and cut silent parts before adding effects. 2. Use EQ properly Cut low frequencies (below ~80–100 Hz) Slightly boost clarity around 3–5 kHz 3. Use compression Compression makes your vocal balanced and consistent. 4. Add reverb lightly Small reverb makes vocals feel spacious and emotional. 5. Use de-esser It reduces harsh “S” sounds so vocals sound smoother. 6. Tune vocals carefully Use AutoPitch only slightly so it doesn’t sound robotic. 7. Adjust volume automation Make soft lines louder and loud parts slightly lower. DON’Ts (Things to avoid) 1. Don’t overuse AutoPitch Too much tuning makes vocals sound fake. 2. Don’t add too many effects EQ + Compression + Reverb is usually enough. 3. Don’t keep background noise Fans, breaths, or clicks reduce quality. 4. Don’t over-compress Too much compression makes vocals flat and lifeless. 5. Don’t make reverb too heavy Too much reverb makes vocals distant and muddy. 6. Don’t ignore timing Always align vocals properly with the beat. 7. Don’t boost bass in vocals Too much low-end makes the mix muddy. #viral #trending #educationalcontent #bandlabediting #vocalediting

How do I make my videos both Smooth and Professional? 1. Eye Fix. Meaning you need to lead your viewer’s eyes to one spot on the screen through the entire video. If the focal point keeps jumping around on each, they’ll get tired following the video and that is why most TikTok edits feel exhausting. So go to your editing software, and add a simple guide frame and keep your main elements inside that zone. 2. Have consistent speed through the whole video. If every shot moves at a different speed, your motion feels random and doesn’t carry the brand image properly. If one shot takes 5~6 seconds, keep others playing in the same amount of time. 3. Set a hierarchy throughout your animations. This is the biggest reason why most edits look smooth but unprofessional. Everything bounces and flies around, so nothing actually stands out. You don’t know what is important in this video. So instead, set an hierarchy inside your design and animate from most to least important. The more important, give more motion. The less, make it subtle or leave it static. Follow for more motion design tips @ginyboi
