TATeachers have been calling for years for NAPLAN to be scrapped. The Greens have been calling for years for NAPLAN to be scrapped. Students have been getting nothing but worry out of NAPLAN for years and would rather the whole thing be thrown out. And now NAPLAN seems to be taking matters into its own hands and just scrapping itself - either that, or it's the Labor government refusing to invest in any universal part of education once again.
It's time to get rid of NAPLAN and start putting student needs above an increasingly useless program of standardised testing.
