GOSmoked neckbone veggie stew 🍲🔥 rich, smoky, and straight comfort in a bowl
I used smoked neckbones, carrots, corn, mini potatoes, onion, garlic, mini sweet peppers, green beans, and okra. Tossed everything into a pot with a can of French onion soup, one packet of onion soup mix, and enough water or broth to cover. Brought it to a boil, then let it simmer until all the veggies were tender and the flavors came together. Finished it with a splash of vinegar for brightness. Served hot over rice with cornbread on the side.

📖 Plot Summary
