Neurons form connections 🧠 By extending an axon to meet another neuron's dendrites or cell body. At the synapse, the first neuron releases neurotransmitters, which are chemical messengers that travel across a small gap and bind to the second neuron, causing it to either fire its own signal or remain quiet. This entire process is a fundamental mechanism of how neurons communicate, and it can be strengthened or altered through activities like learning and repetition, a phenomenon known as neuroplasticity. 🎥 nanolive #neuroplasticity #neurophysiology #neurobiology #neuroscience #biology

The neurotypical brain vs the neurodivergent brain. Both brains have the same building blocks: focus, memory, creativity, organization, emotion. But they form differently. In neurotypical development, neural connections usually organize in a steady, predictable rhythm. In neurodivergent development, those same connections form in more variable patterns. Some pathways become extra strong, like focus and creativity, while others, such as organization, or sensory sensitivity, might connect less tightly. Understanding that difference helps us create environments where both types of minds can thrive. #neurodivergente #autismacceptance #autismawarness #adhdawareness #autismeducation #neurodivergentkids

Repeated signals help brain connections grow stronger. When we learn something new, the same brain pathways activate again and again. This steady activity encourages the connection between two neurons to become stronger and more responsive. One of the first changes is that the receiving side of the connection adds more receptors. With more places to catch the incoming message, the signal becomes clearer and easier for the neuron to notice. At the same time, the sending neuron often releases a larger burst of its message during each signal. This makes communication between the two cells more confident and consistent. The connection itself can also grow in size or form simple new branches, giving the signal more space and support as it travels. Inside both neurons, helpful proteins keep the connection stable so it can handle repeated use without fading. As these adjustments build up, the pathway becomes easier for the brain to access. This is why a new skill or memory feels more natural the more we practice it. The connection strengthens with repetition, allowing the brain to store information in a lasting and dependable way.

The video captures a fundamental biological process called synaptogenesis. This is the formation of new connections, known as synapses, between neurons in the brain. Whenever we learn a new skill, memorize a fact, or form a new memory, our brain physically rewires itself. It is not just a digital storage of data; it is a structural transformation. These growing fibers reach out to establish communication pathways, allowing electrical and chemical signals to travel faster and more efficiently. This remarkable ability of the brain to change and adapt throughout our lives is called neuroplasticity. It proves that the brain is not a static organ but a dynamic, ever-evolving network that grows stronger with every new experience.

Your brain is being rewired right now — by this thought. Most people think change is about motivation or willpower. It’s not. Every thought you return to is either forming a new neural connection or strengthening an old one. That’s not philosophy. That’s neuroscience. Neuroplasticity proves that your identity isn’t fixed — it’s being built in real time by what you repeatedly think, feel and focus on. The brain doesn’t care about your intentions. It responds to repetition. So the real question isn’t “can I change?” It’s “what am I reinforcing right now?” Dr. M. Mourabit has spent decades studying exactly this. His clinically proven Psychabduction methodology treats your thoughts as testable hypotheses — giving your brain a precise, science-based process to form new neural connections instead of defaulting to old patterns. This is the foundation of “The Adaptability Codes” — 5 neural practices built on his research to help you stop rewiring around your past and start building toward who you’re becoming. Not motivation. Not mindset tips. Actual brain training backed by clinical science. Comment “ADAPT” to start personal transformation. #neuroplasticity #rewireyourbrain #psychabductionmethod #NeuroplasticityTraining #consciousevolution
