Welcome to Essajees Atelier’s brand new office in South Mumbai, and I honestly can’t believe I get to say that. Making the move to a bigger space was nerve-wracking. But we did it, and I couldn’t be happier with how it’s turned out.
When we took over this site, nothing was functional, and we had to strip it down completely. But that also meant we could rebuild it exactly how we wanted, starting right from the entrance.
✨ We kept the wooden door from the original site as a small nod to what came before.
✨The flooring at the entrance includes a recessed mat so dust stays out before you step in.
✨We have two waiting chairs from @hatsuofficial that are just enough for people to wait a few minutes before stepping inside.
✨Our old reception table got a full upgrade, now finished in liquid metal with a Kalinga terrazzo top.
✨Above it all, my favourite the wellness light from @sunrooof_ that adds the perfect amount of light to a place that had no natural light.
✨The beautiful art in the meeting room is from @studioartemist and the textured veneer is from @spaceonesurfaces
