Therefore, seek out the spaces where you are valued and appreciated.
The best advice I can give you, is to become valuable in a specific singular realm, hone in and go deep on a skill. Sharpen it overtime and get better each day.

Itโs when you research, you study, and you put in the hard hours, and you become acutely aware of how little you know. Socrates was said to be the wisest man in Greece because he recognised just how little he knew.
If you speak to any expert or professor in their field, youโll notice how nuanced and uncertain their language is, whereas those who know very little are often very confident in what they say. You see this every day in online debates, where the loudest voices are often the least informed, and people with real knowledge hedge their statements, qualify their terms, and admit uncertainty.
Bertrand Russell once said that โthe trouble with the world is that the stupid are so cocksure, and the intelligent are so full of doubt.โ The danger is that modern society risks rewarding confidence rather than competence. We mistake the loudest voices for the best voices.
But of course, confidence is not competence, and if somebody is walking confidently and loudly towards a cliffโs edge, itโs better to follow somebody who knows where theyโre going.

English doesn't currently have a word for Aunties and Uncles. At least one that is not widespread and commonly recognised.
โ ๏ธ THIS IS NOT an attack on inclusive vocabulary, in fact I am all for it! But it needs to be made clear that these words are just ideas or opinions and have not been accepted by the majority of the community that they are designed for let alone the English speaking world.
If you are going to teach piblings, why not teach Auncle which is significantly more popular based on search results and records online.
Not a single teacher states "this is a suggested word " nor do they state that the word is not widely accepted and was a thought experiment. They teach it as if the word is commonly used and just a part of daily English vocabulary!
It's not even common slang...
So then we really have to look at what makes a word...
Is a word something people know and use? well then pibling fails
Is a word something that is recorded and agreed by institutions? then pibling fails
Is a word something that is the primary choice to describe something? Well the pibling loses to Auncle and the hundreds of other ways to describe it...
Is Piblings any more of a word than "Wibblywobblywoppywop"?

NAUnfortunately videos like this and misinformation (especially from people who have never and can never experience pregnancy and post partum) can leave so many women feeling like they have failed or have done something wrong. So here is my 2 cents from my own experience;
I always want my page to be a place of realistic health and fitness and never showcase any kind of quick fixes or diets and especially not a bounce back culture post partum. It took me a long time after having Blake to get to a point I recognised and it was a hard slow crawl to get there. Yes training and eating well pre pregnancy and throughout pregnancy absolutely helped me get into a fit healthy strong body again BUT it is not a guarantee and it was not handed over. It most certainly did not happen in 6 weeks or even 6 months. Please take any time in your pregnancy to be kinder to yourself and to let go of expectations, you will find yourself again post baby but it will be with time <3
Do not compare your journey to someone else, I canโt even compare my own two pregnancies to each other never mind to another persons experience
